  i`ve been thinking, a thread was put up about a month ago asking the question " why me?

  basically why some of us find out ttatt while others are so blinded, good, sincere people that we love.

  well after some consideration i have come to the conclusion that 1) some are in the truth 2) others want truth.

  If somebody really needs help, there are professionals that are not necesserily there to help JW survivors. As JW indoctrination is very abusive and coming to terms with this abuse is difficult, then a psychiatrist or a psychologist is a great help. But that costs money, but believe you me it is money well spent. I took this step of visiting a psychiatrist and it is a real help.

  The help on this forum is only part of the healing process, and believe you me you can have a lot of fun here, but if the feelings result in much sadness and even suicidal, seek professional help from a psychatrist.

  Cedars leaked letter requested to be taken down by WTBTS

  i don't know if this is already posted so sorry people if it is.

  cedars site has had a request to take down the leaked letter regarding changes to the theocratic ministry school and other issues.. the reason given by wt is that it is a "copyright" issue.

  of course this validates the letters authenticity even more.. have a good day or night people.

  With the leaking of this letter I hope it causes a "Witch Hunt" within the bOrg, this is something that will damage them internally more so than the actual leaking of the letter.

  How the JW org uses propaganda

  back in 2005 a new branch was opened in guatemala with a great fanfare and the ritual praise of god for his blessing on his people.

  the triumphal chant was hail the theocracy ever increasing!

  since the branch has now closed so soon after opening, does this mean withdrawal of blessing and theocracy is diminishing?

  Well as people are not entering the bOrg it shows the propaganda is no longer lulling people to sleep. As for JWs waking up, the alarm clocks are getting louder. The grand awakening is coming.

  the chelmsford project in the uk has already come to a halt and every one has been sent home.

  the bethel family in london is to be cut by several hundred.

  my impression is that most ambitious youngster in the org dream of being involved with the building program.

  for example, i once had a sister tell me i was gambling because i liked playing skill crane (the machine where you have to try to pick up prizes like stuffed animals) at the arcade.

  i then fired back a her: "you saw the r-rated movie 'backdraft.

  When I first came into the twuth I used to sing the kingdoom songs very loud with another brother, we were told off for singing too loud. So we sang even louder.

  I am in Germany and was in a German speaking congregation.

  Well I was struck from the list of approved Watchtower readers after being an approved Watchtower reader for about 15 years. Just taken of the list, nobody talked to be about it. So of course I approached an Elder and asked why. Well he said, the society says that only good readers should be allowed to read the Watchtower in front of the congregation. So I am not a good reader I asked, well anyway the conversation went on and on and another elder joined in the discussion so I asked what criteria was set by the elders to decide who is a good reader and who is not. Of course they could not specify anything and the elders were very clearly uncomfortable with the conversation, but I pressed on and finally they gave the reason why I was no longer a Watchtower reader.

  The reason: "You have a British accent".

  Well when I read you post, I though how does GTTM know what is going on in my marriage. Since I announced this is a cult and I do not want do any of the JW things, she move out of the bedroom and does not speak to me any more. Of course no sex. It has been over six months now.
  

  So where I am now, we are still living in the same house, but I signed a contract last week for a rental flat I move in 6 weeks, she does not know yet. Divorce is the option I am going for, there is no way I am going to have this cult have any influence on my life anymore. I have been seeing a therapist and certainly he is helping me a great deal to cope with this cult shit. I feel good about the decision, but there is stormy weather ahead of me.

  Whatever you do GTTM think of yourself and look after yourself, your wife and my wife has the "Man in the sky" to look after them and we know how much help we will give them.
